A STROLL IN THE FOREST
An exhibition on display at the Beaulne Museum in Coaticook

From 13 September to 15 November 2026

The exhibition invites visitors on a stroll through the urban forests of a number of towns and cities here and elsewhere – forests that are not natural in the usual sense of the word. The trees are often merely part of the scenery; some manage to blend in, but they sometimes appear out of place. People move through this setting without always noticing the trees around them. It is as though humans and trees share the same space, yet lead parallel lives, each going about their own business. It is these reflections that lie at the heart of the exhibition.
